1.安装好手机的 USB 驱动，跟多数人一样直接用了豌豆荚，然后让它自动搜索安装；
2.把USB调试打开(设置--应用程序--开发--USB调试全部勾上）
3.下载 root 工具 SuperOneClick 解开运行 SuperOneClick.exe，然后点击那个Root，重启；

4.重启好了后点击 Allow Non Market Apps

本来事情到这边就完了，可某次手痒要更新 su 二进制文件可老提示失败，最后手动替换，结果忘了修改文件权限

重新重复上面步骤，每次都提示成功可就是没有 root 权限。早上醒来想起了那个 adb.exe

重新运行一遍 SuperOneClick 中的 root 提示成功后，用管理员权限打开 cmd 切换到 SuperOneClick 下的 ADB 目录,运行

adb shell 
mount -o remount rw /system
rm /system/bin/su
reboot

等手机重启好后，在 market 中更新 superuser，然后再打开它会提示 su 太旧，在设置中更新一下就可以了
